So far, we've mentioned that this condition often begins after a prolonged period of stress, so go back along your timeline and think about what's happened in recent months/years. Do not skip this step as it's where the whole process begins.
How do you know if your lymphatic system is backed-up?
You will feel sluggish and heavy, and it's hard to lose weight. Any bugs/infections take a long time to go, with chest/lungs/throat commonly affected. Aching and stiff joints are common, as are headaches. In fact, a general feeling of malaise but nothing specific.
If you were given 7 out of 20 pieces of a jigsaw puzzle, it would be plain to see that you do not have all of the pieces to make up the picture. In life, we become adept at gathering data as we go and trying to form analogies or patterns to make us feel comfortable in an uncomfortable (new) scenario.
